We partnered with GWL Realty Advisors to oversee their tenant coordination and occupancy initiatives for the new Vancouver Centre II build – a 33 storey office tower located in Vancouver, BC. As the next phase of the city’s Vancouver Centre Complex, Integrity worked with the landlord’s development team to develop design and construction parameters for all tenant improvements and coordinated with all tenant groups during their design and implementation.
