CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Tim is currently overseeing ground up and tenant improvement projects across our industrial, retail, and restaurant building portfolios. This includes managing land purchases, renovations and new developments for Trail Appliances across Western Canada and leading Cactus Club Cafe’s real estate expansion into the U.S. market.

Tim brings an extensive network of local and national industry experts to ensure executional excellence across Integrity’s portfolio.

Tim is a seasoned construction project leader with over 25 years of development and project management expertise across a wide variety of sectors. Whether an industrial, retail or corporate office space, he approaches every project with meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to process to successfully deliver client mandates on time and within budget. His complete project lifecycle management includes:

  • Seamless project execution and budget adherence
  • Risk and scope creep management
  • Project financial close out

Tim’s career highlights include leading the addition of two new security offices at the Vancouver International Airport and managing new developments and large-scale renovations across BC for Steve Nash Fitness World.
