We were contracted to manage the interior and exterior renovation of a 10-storey hotel located in Vancouver, BC’s vibrant West End neighborhood. This involved initial budgeting, project team engagement, tendering, trade coordination, and construction oversite including routine site inspections to facilitate the redesign and value engineering of this project. As a result, The Sunset was successfully launched on time and within budget by the global hospitality management company, Sonder.
