Samuel brings over 20 years of project delivery and multisite expertise across a wide variety of sectors. With a keen eye for detail and maximizing value across clients’ capital investment projects, he successfully manages the lifecycle of each project, including:

• Property evaluation and lease review
• Design development and project execution planning
• Budget and schedule formation
• Consultant management and contract coordination
• Construction oversight through to closeout

Samuel’s career highlights include managing the design and construction of 28 restaurants across Canada and into Washington State as the Director of Construction & Facilities for Joey Restaurants. Additionally, he served as the project team lead for Tim Horton’s Restaurants, successfully rolling out over 60 renovations and new builds across Western Canada.
