Prepare Request for Pricing package for specialty owner-supplied equipment. Prepare levelled bid analysis for the client’s review and final decision.
Provide cash flow projection to client for estimated project payments and required funding during each phase of the project which is based on an approved master project budget.
In conjunction with client & contractor, review subtrade tender results and bid levelled analysis for final construction cost approval. Prepare final construction contracts (such as CCDC 2, etc.) and owner-supplied contracts, along with necessary supplemental conditions, for client review and execution.
