Senior Project Manager
Jordan is currently leading projects across our restaurant and hospitality portfolio, including the rollout of Cactus Club Cafe’s real estate developments across Canada. As a professional engineer, Jordan brings a systematic and methodical approach to each project. He works hard to ensure that all cost-saving opportunities, constructability methods, and risks have been considered to provide the best value to clients.
Jordan brings over 10 years of experience working on a variety of project types across Canada, including institutional, commercial, retail, and high-end residential. Having worked as a carpenter at the beginning of his career, he is able to view the project from multiple angles and successfully deliver top quality projects. Prior to becoming a Registered Professional Engineer. Jordan completed his Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Western Ontario. He then kickstarted his project management career with a six- year tenure at EllisDon followed by Kindred Construction and starting his own company, Ripple Developments.
Jordan’s career highlights include project managing McDonald’s Destination 2012 Program to rebrand its restaurants across Western Canada and managing the execution of Emily Carr University of Art & Design’s new campus. Additionally, he led the development of an 480,000 square-foot, 24-storey office tower in Vancouver, BC.
