As a Senior Project Controller with Integrity, Gislani is leading our cost management division, leveraging her expertise in cost controls and data analysis. Working directly with clients to streamline project budgets, invoice tracking, and purchase orders, Gislani is instrumental in ensuring a seamless project lifecycle from start to finish.
Gislani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a Google Data Analytics Certificate holder. With a passion for continuous improvement, she blends technical insight with strong interpersonal skills to consistently deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Prior to joining Integrity, Gislani was a Senior Project Coordinator at BERMANFALK Hospitality Group where she managed over 30 projects simultaneously, overseeing documentation, procurement logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. As a proactive leader, she mentored junior coordinators and implemented process improvements that streamlined reporting and document control.
