Chris began his construction career back in 1985, working his way up the industry ladder as a general labourer, ticketed carpenter, foreman, site superintendent and site project manager. This experience laid the foundation for Chris to establish and operate his own contracting company.

In 2014, Chris obtained his real estate license through UBC Sauder School of Business, followed by his builder and developer designation with BC Housing. To date, he has completed projects across Canada, California, and Japan, including commercial and strata developments and single family homes. Chris now continues to purchase and renovate residential properties in the Lower Mainland, allowing him to keep a pulse on the local real estate market.
