We were contracted by Chipotle Mexican Grill to oversee the construction of four new restaurant locations in BC:
- Port Coquitlam (drive-thru)
- South Surrey
- North Vancouver
- Vancouver East Robson
Integrity provided comprehensive construction monitoring and reporting throughout each project's implementation phase:
Conducting weekly quality assurance site reviews and oversight meetings with the general contractor.
Reviewing all change orders, site instructions, and RFI’s.
Coordinating owner-supplied deliveries to ensure integration into the project timeline.
