We partnered with Cactus Club Cafe to deliver their new Coquitlam Centre restaurant located at 2929 Barnet Highway in Coquitlam, BC. Working with the brand’s real estate development team, Integrity was the designated project manager overseeing all stages of this ground-up build from permitting through to close-out. This included facilitating the permitting process, builder and trade coordination, routine site inspections, ensuring all work was completed on time and within budget. This 10,000 square-foot building opened its doors in January 2023 and is Cactus’ 31st restaurant location.
