We partnered with Cactus Club Cafe to deliver their 32nd restaurant located at 112 Crowfoot Terrace NW in Calgary, Alberta. This 10,000 square-foot building features a first-of-its-kind takeout window and is set to open later in 2023. Working with the brand’s real estate development team, Integrity is the designated project manager overseeing all stages of this ground-up build from permitting through to building close-out. This includes facilitating the permitting process, builder and trade selection, routine site inspections, and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
