CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Natasha brings over 10 years of project coordination experience, specializing in cost control and reporting, along with over 20 years of finance and administration expertise. She has supported the delivery of projects across BC and Alberta in the hospitality, retail and commercial building sectors.

As a dependable communicator with a dedication to seeing projects through from start to finish, Natasha has fostered relationships with notable clients, including Marriott, Hilton, Gateway Casinos and Cactus Club Cafe. Her ability to see projects through the lens of both construction and financial expertise results in considerable cost awareness and savings.

Prior to her career in project coordination, Natasha was an Accounts Payable Supervisor with Ausenco Engineering Canada. In this role, she was responsible for multi-million dollar accounts payables in eight different currencies. She then worked as a Business Analyst with HSBC Canada where she developed complex audit reports to guide senior executive decision making.

KEY PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Hospitality

Managed purchase orders and payables across projects. Organized and led soft cost budget meetings, and created monthly project status reports for senior executives and ownership. Key projects include: Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort (Kelowna, BC) and Calgary Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel (Calgary, AB).

Retail

Assisted general contractor with trade management. Performed change order review and negotiation, resulting in significant cost savings. Key projects include: Steve Nash Fitness World (Nanaimo, BC) and Chances Playtime Casino and MATCH Eatery Public House (Campbell River and Courtenay, BC).

Commercial / Senior Living

Assisted to compress project schedules. Performed change order review and negotiation, resulting in significant cost savings. Key projects include: Revera Glenwarren Lodge (Victoria, BC), The Residences of Abby Lane (White Rock, BC), and The Beach House at Saratoga (Black Creek, BC).
