Megan brings five years of professional experience with three years in the building and construction industry. Having seen first-hand the social impacts that organizations can have at the intersection of diversity and innovation, she upholds these values in her leadership and decision-making. Megan’s career highlights include developing a digitized end-to-end proposal management strategy to create proposals valued up to $20 million across the commercial, industrial, and residential building sectors. She also built a robust customer relationship management system from scratch, using Salesforce to track and manage contracts across a $1 billion pipeline.

Prior to kickstarting her career, Megan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at BCIT while simultaneously completing a marketing management diploma in marketing and communications. Her ability to skillfully manage tasks and projects with competing priorities allows her to thrive in fast-paced environments, as demonstrated by her work with a hypergrowth start-up company and academic credentials with distinction.
