Owen brings a wealth of over 30 years’ experience managing projects from inception to client handover. As a LEED-approved project manager, he has led over $70 million worth of new commercial ground up and renovation projects, two of which were LEED Gold certified buildings. His expertise in value engineering ensures precision project planning that maximizes clients’ investments.

Owen’s career highlights including managing The Residences at Abbey Lane’s new 323,000 square-foot retirement home development in White Rock, BC and leading the delivery of the Centre of Newton’s new 85,000 square-foot shopping centre in Surrey, BC. He also managed the geothermal HVAC system addition to Cadillac Fairview’s 82-floor office tower in Vancouver, BC.
