Haim is currently managing projects across our restaurant portfolio in Toronto and the Eastern US. With an extensive network of industry professionals and former colleagues, Haim’s relationships are key to Integrity’s business development opportunities out East.

As a professional engineer, Haim brings extensive national and international construction and project management experience. Over his 35-year career, Haim has managed and executed projects within a wide variety of sectors, including retail, government, civil, education, and healthcare. His expertise includes:

  • Managing capital projects ensuring all deliverables are executed and successfully
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision execution of all project documentation and
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and deliver consecutive

Haim’s career highlights include leading real estate development across the country as the National Construction Manager at IKEA Canada, followed by IKEA Japan. He then served as a Senior Project Manager with Fortune 500 company, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he oversaw projects in Ontario’s private and public sectors.
