In partnership with the Cowichan Bay Improvement District, Integrity managed the community’s new, ground-up volunteer fire hall. This $14.6 million seismically rated, FireSmart cladding-compliant facility represents a major improvement from the original hall built in 1978. It enhances safety, supports the health of first responders, and ensures they’re equipped to continue serving the community they love.

Challenges included an irregularly shaped lot, truck turning movements, and maintaining the existing firehall until new hall was occupied. This project also included water treatment and Level 3 wastewater treatment plants.
