Perform project site reviews to ensure schedule is maintained and review quality of work. Review and provide oversight to determine solutions for all site-related issues and schedule roadblocks during the course of construction.

Ensure the effective coordination of all construction administration tasks including the review of all site instructions, change orders, requests of information, progress draws and consultant site reports.

Provide regular site reports and project updates to clients.

Review all payment applications from contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and ensure they align with the original master project budget. Provide endorsement to the client of monthly invoice claims for payment.

Liaise with contractor, municipality, architect and consultants to ensure final inspections are completed and Occupancy Permit is obtained.

Complete deficiency walks with contractor, consultants and client to identify all deficient items for repair.

Ensure all final deficiencies are completed and all warranty manuals, as-built drawings, and contact information are provided to the client. Coordinate to ensure all necessary financial closeout obligations are completed.
