Integrity was contracted to manage the renovation of a 24,000 square-foot retail building into a brand-new Steve Nash Fitness World (now called “Fitness World”) at Country Club Centre in Nanaimo, BC. Our project management services included budget development during design, tendering of the project, and complete oversight during construction to key turnover to the client, on time and on budget.
